Borgo Dora is an old working-class area in Turin in the heart of the Aurora neighbourhood, near Porta Palazzo.
Once known as Borgo del Pallone, the area centres around a pedestrian, recreational zone where the Balòn flea market is held. It also comprises the Cortile del Maglio, a covered square once part of the Military Arsenal. Particularly popular with visitors, the Borgo has shops, bars and artisanal workshops and hosts the wooden huts of the Christmas markets in the winter.
The medieval former Caserma Cavalli, today the location of the Scuola Holden, is in piazza Borgo Dora.
