Where it was filmed 'Trinity is Still my Name'

In the Far West, two brothers, Bambino and Trinity are crossing the desert to reach their family home. They separately meet the same group of unlikely criminals, near Monte Camicia, not far from Campo Imperatore in Abruzzo.

Forced to collaborate, they are taken for government agents and happily accept 4,000 dollars to close their eyes to some crimes: the ranch in question can be found on the outskirts of Rome in the Settecamini neighbourhood, between Via Tiburtina and “Strada dei Parchi” and is known as “Villa Mussolini” because Mussolini loved to ride horses there.

Skirmishes lead the brothers to piana di Camposecco in the Camerata Nuova

area (RM), a small municipality approximately 800m above sea level in the Monti Simbruini Regional Park, on the border between Lazio and Abruzzo, where Trinity proves to his brother that he can raid a stagecoach.

In the countryside around Venafro, in Molise, a family of farmers gets stuck several times in the bed of the river Volturno, requiring the providential help of the two brothers.

The monks’ mission house was actually built in the De Laurentis Studios on Via Pontina in Rome.
