The harbour is located at the foot of the hill of Tropea, known in the past as the rock of San Leonardo, and offers a natural approach and shelter. Thanks to its clear and calm water, the harbour has been dubbed the “Pool”.
The structure, used for tourism and fishing, has 600 berths and can moor vessels up to 55m long with depths of 3 to 5 m. All the berths have water and energy points. The harbour area has video surveillance and access to the port, the docks and services is managed by magnetic card or security code.
