The annual operational plan for promoting film and audiovisual works for 2017 has been approved, a plan which implements the three-year plan set out in Regional Law no. 30 of 2016.
The Fund sets aside €5 million for the production of film, audiovisual and animated works, with incentives for young writers and screenwriters (€2.05 million), the promotion and realisation of film festivals, events and award ceremonies (€1.7 million), film companies (€900,000) and the activities of the Campania Region Film Commission (5%).
The €2.05 million set aside for production will be divided up as follows: €1,148,000 for feature films, €492,000 for documentaries, medium-length features and shorts, €307,500 for non-fictional television works, and €102,500 for web products.
