The Regione Campania has renewed its support of the industry with its Piano operativo annuale di promozione dell’attività cinematografica ed audiovisiva (Annual operational plan for the promotion of the film and audio-visual sector) for 2019 which has a total budget of €5 million, as provided for by Regional Law n. 30/2016.
It is already possible to submit applications for the different sections: Film productions (Section 1); Festivals, reviews, film awards and promotion of film culture (Section 2); Operational support (Section 3). The deadline is set for 9 October 2019.
Grants amounting to €2.3 million will be allocated in support of film and audio-visual productions as follows:
The following are all eligible for grants in both categories: feature-length works and audio-visual works of 52’ or less, including serials, of drama, animation or documentary content, created on any support and with any technique, destinated for distribution in theatres, television or on the internet.
