The “Enhancing Creativity” scheme, supporting the development of original screenplays by writers in the region of Campania, in now online on the Film Commission Regione Campania website. The aim is to encourage independent production companies in Campania to support young writers in the development and writing of screenplays for feature-length films that present a re-interpretation of the key values of the region’s culture, tradition and contemporary nature for an international audience, and that meet the technical and quality requirements of the domestic and international audiovisual market.
The overall budget (€200,000 for 2017/2019) earmarks €40,000 for 2019 to finance a maximum of two projects. However, the Film Commission Regione Campania will arrange and finance the services of a creative development consultant and script editor/doctor for the runner-up submissions in 3rd, 4th and 5th place.
