Italy features in just one location, accessible via the multiplayer game mode. The so-called ‘Piazza’ map is located in a small fictitious town on the Amalfi Coast. Here the player can explore the narrow streets, linked by flights of steps and covered walkways, ending up in the main square in the town. The environment has been reconstructed very accurately: the roads are made up of loose gravel and flanked by typical Italian cars, like the iconic FIAT 500. Also on the sides of the streets are posters and Italian-style lights. The buildings are also reconstructed in great detail: the player can move between the tables and chairs of an outdoor café or browse the windows of a newsagents, a horse meat butcher’s shop and a patisserie. Contextualising the scene are the faraway surrounding hills, covered in local flora.
