Defined as an Italian-style thriller, Michael Zampino’s debut film has the characteristics of both drama and noir. The film’s events all take place in the same locations, a villa immersed in the woods of Mount Sibillini Park and its surroundings.
The villa that the protagonist, Bruno, inherits from his father following the latter’s death, is located in Sarnano in the province of Macerata. On the other hand, the majestic and wild landscape that welcomes Bruno and in which the villa is located in the story is the complete opposite of the urban context he comes from. In this case, the director chose the Mount Sibillini National Park as a location. Other scenes were filmed near the municipality of Amandola, in the province of Fermo.
