The Decima Malafede Reserve is the largest protected area of the parks system of the metropolitan area of Rome. The major woodland areas of the Agro Romano are included in this area and constitute one of the largest planiziali forests of the Mediterranean basin. Inside it the suggestive landscape of the "Rosso" Lake of sulphur in the natural reserve of tenth bad faith and the mythical Albunea, remembered in the pages of the Eneide Virgiliana (7th book, 81-89), recall the legendary events of the formation of Latin population.
