Piemonte Film TV Fund 2025: €4 million in Session I, deadline March 17

The call for proposals for the Piemonte Film TV Fund is now available online on the website of the Regione Piemonte. It is aimed at companies operating in the audiovisual, film and television production sector with a non-repayable budget of €7 million for 2025.

The first session, with a budget of €4 million, will close on March 17.

The call for proposals aims to encourage and increase investment that will be efficent for developing the industry and boosting employment by:

  1. the establishment of new companies in the region;
  2. the consolidation of investment (new productions) by companies already in the region in terms of competitiveness and growth which will encourage the full and best use of available regional infrastructures.

Eligible works include:

  • feature-length films, intended principally for theatrical distribution;
  • animated feature-length films (minimum duration of 52 minutes), intended principally for theatrical distribution;
  • single television and web fiction works, intended primarily for television broadcast, including SVOD;
  • single television and web animation works (minimum duration of 24 minutes), intended primarily for television broadcast, including SVOD;
  • serial television and web fiction works, intended primarily for television broadcast, including SVOD;
  • serial television and web animation works (minimum duration of 24 minutes), intended primarily for television broadcast, including SVOD.

The grant cannot be:

  • less than €50 k;
  • over €150 k for single television and web animation works;
  • over €300 k for feature-length films and single television and web fiction works;
  • over €400 k for animated feature-length films, serial, television and web animated works and serial, television and web fictional works.

The Piemonte Film TV Fund has financed 44 projects to date (wholly or partially made in Piedmont) and with the support of Film Commission Torino Piemonte.
