Abruzzo: €4 million Call in support of audiovisual and film production

The Call, with a budget of €4 million to support audiovisual and film production in Abruzzo, has been published online on the Region's website.

It intends to support the competitive growth of Abruzzo's SMEs in the film, audiovisual, and related sectors, while also strengthening the relationship between cultural and landscape attractions in the region and cinematographic works.

Specifically, the Call aims to promote:

• the development of new audiovisual products and innovative content;
• the introduction of innovative and digitalized production processes in the audiovisual sector;
• the strengthening of production and organizational capacity in companies;
• the growth of the regional audiovisual ecosystem through the involvement of local professionals and businesses;
• the diffusion of advanced technological and digital solutions in audiovisual production processes;
• the adoption of eco-innovative and sustainable solutions in audiovisual production.

The maximum grant, aimed at covering 50% of expenses, ranges from €30,000 to €600,000 according to the category; a percentage of work must be produced in Abruzzo.
