The “Ciak in Lombardia” call for photographic and audio-visual projects that focus on promoting locations in the region of Lombardy for cinema, television, drama, advertising use or using an original and unusual approach to support locations that are already well-known; increase their attractiveness for tourists; gather images and videos to use in the Region’s online and offline communication, expires on 16 September 2019.
The call to action is aimed at students or graduates aged between 18 and 35 whose academic background features studies at art-focused high schools, academies of fine art, university courses and professional schools in the visual arts sector. The call will disburse 80,000 euro, distributed as follows: 5 prizes (ranging from 500 to 6,000 euros) for photographic porjects and 5 prizes for audiovisual projects (ranging 1,000 to 15,000 euros). Additionally, there are four official awards which come with a financial contribution: the Premio Lombardia Segreta, the Premio Ermanno Olmi, the Premio Montagna, the Premio Lago.
The applications submitted will be evaluated within 45 days of the expiry date: the results will be published in the Official Bulletin and on the website of the Regione Lombardia and announced during an event to be held in the offices of the Regione to which all participants will be invited.
