Locations

The graphics and gameplay of the game remain unchanged from the previous chapter in the series. Thanks to the use of approximately 8000 photos of the island, the image presented in the game is extremely true to reality and well-suited to the point-and-click format. The protagonist moves around the real city of Anacapri (the second biggest city on the island of Capri), which is also represented in 3D animations of some of the static backgrounds, making the video game experience all the more engaging. As in the first episode, the characters in the video game are people who really exist. Locations of particular natural interest are the Blue Grotto, with its characteristic tricks of light, and nearby is Villa Damecuta, one of the residences that Emperor Tiberius had built on the island. Of the architectural beauties featured in the game, the player can explore the picturesque Phoenician Steps, a Greek construction which, with its 921 steps, extends over 1.7km on a steep ridge of the island, or the Mesola or Orrico Forts, built between the 9th and 15th centuries to fend off Saracen pirates and restored in the 19th century, which afford some breathtaking views. Also worth mentioning is the picturesque Church of San Michele, with its precious majolica floor depicting scenes of Eden.
