Where it was filmed 'Niente può fermarci'

Four young people, all with clear psychological disorders, leave Ancona, escaping from the clinic they’re staying at over the summer, to go on a journey that will mature them. They start in Ancona, where we see the Renaissance Tredici Cannelle Fountain followed by the nearby Piazza Roma and Piazza Stamira, with the group escaping along Viale della Vittoria, which leads them to freedom from their old lives.

In the film the four young people, accompanied by a new friend, cross France and end up in Ibiza, although filming actually took place in and around Ancona. In Provence they meet a surly peasant who lives alone with his daughter and offers them lodgings in exchange for doing a few odd jobs for him in the countryside. Henry’s house is actually Semivicoli Masciarelli Castle, surrounded by the vineyards of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, which is located in San Martino sulla Marrucina (CH).

Their arrival in Ibiza, with their anxious parents hot on their heels, brings their freedom with it: in the film, the scenes that take place on the well-known Balearic island were actually filmed on the Conero Riviera, more specifically in Numana and Portonovo (AN).

The club in Ibiza is actually very close by: it is located in Jesi, just 40km from Ancona.
